PHOENIX becomes one of the leading manufacturers of metal closures and has a presence in the packaging industry through the United States. Operating initially out of New York and Chicago, PHOENIX will move it’s operations to Illinois by the 1960s and slowly change it’s operations from metal closures to plastic.
