PHOENIX Welcomes Two New Sales Team Members as Another Retires

This fall, PHOENIX celebrated Bob Murphy’s retirement after more than 25 years as a National Account Manager. Bob fueled the success of PHOENIX customers headquartered in the Midwest for most of his career and had seen PHOENIX grow from one manufacturing facility to five. Bob played a big role in PHOENIX’s growth and success. We wish him the best in his retirement.

Tyler-BrandtPHOENIX also welcomes two new members to our sales team. Tyler Brandt will be the new point of contact for our Midwest territory. Tyler is no stranger to the packaging world. After graduating from Michigan State University as part of their Sales Leadership Program he joined Graphic Packaging International, a paperboard folding carton company. After completing their Leadership Development Program, Tyler became an account manager in the Consumer Products Division for three years before taking a national role in the Beverage Division selling to large brands in the Midwest beverage market.

Garrett WhitehurstAlso joining our team in the Southeast is Garrett Whitehurst. After earning a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from The University of Georgia, he worked in the industry for five years. He transitioned into capital equipment industrial sales in 2018 with ErgoPack Deutschland, a manufacturer of mobile pallet strapping systems. After five years with ErgoPack, Garrett is excited to work alongside PHOENIX Sales Manager, Ken Skrypek, and make the move into rigid packaging.

Please join us in welcoming Tyler and Garrett to the team!
