These gatherings allow us to stay on the cutting edge of industry innovations and sustainability initiatives, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the demands of our customers while minimizing our environmental footprint. In addition to these key events, PHOENIX also took part in specialized workshops, including those focused on Artificial Intelligence and a Box 101 Workshop hosted by International Paper.

Mentoring the Next Generation of Innovators
At PHOENIX, we know that education isn't just about learning for ourselves—it's about giving back and helping others grow, too. For the past few years, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to mentor students at Naperville Community Unit School District 203 High Schools as part of their INCubatorEdu program.
This initiative provides high school students with an authentic entrepreneurial experience, guiding them as they take their ideas from concept to creation. Our team members shared valuable insights into the manufacturing process, helping students understand the intricacies of bringing a product to life. From ideation to production, the students gained real-world knowledge that will empower them in their future careers.
